I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #93-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE <br />MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION AS <br />(LGU) TO REGULATE THE 1991 <br />PERMANENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED <br /> THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT <br /> WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the interim rules expire on December 31, 1993, and permanent rules must <br />be administered by the LGU's by January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization administer the 1991 Wetland <br /> Conservation Act Permanent Program. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of December, 1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
