I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br /> I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #93-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE FOR TRUCK CRANE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the purchase of one track mounted crane was approved in the 1993 adopted budget <br />at $2,237.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined based on quotes that this track crane can be purchased for a <br />price of $1,664.00 from Crysteel Truck Equipment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the delivery of this truck crane will take place during 1993. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the capital purchase of one truck mounted crane at <br />a price of $1,664.00 from Crysteel Truck Equipment. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day <br />of December, 1993. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
