30. <br /> <br />3I. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to inspect the site for the purposes of examining and copying <br />nonprivileged records; conducting inspections, surveys, investigations, monitoring or <br />sampling; and obtaining necessary information pertaining to the construction, operation and <br />environmental effect of the engine and transmission disassembly facility. During the first <br />year of operations, City Staff shall conduct conditional use permit compliance inspections <br />on a monthly basis at no cost to the Permit Holder, except there will be a charge assessed <br />for follow-up inspections required as a result of a recorded violation on the regular monthly <br />inspection. Inspections shall be conducted during normal business hours except in the <br />event of an emergency. City personnel or agents performing the inspection will provide <br />reasonable notice to the Permit Holder's personnel prior to the time of inspection. <br />Following the first year of operations, inpsections will be conducted and charged for in <br />accordance with City Code and the terms of this permit. The Permit Holder shall be <br />responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use <br />permit except as othem4se noted. <br /> <br />Copies of all documents, plans, reports, permits or licenses which are required to be <br />supplied or issued by the MPCA or Anoka County shall also be supplied concurrently to <br />the City at no cost to the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Council.member Gerald Zimmerman <br /> Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> Council.member Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Councilrnember Sheila Beyer <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Mayor James Gilbertson <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd <br />day of June, 1993. <br /> <br />Representatives of Danny's Tranny's, Inc., hereby acknowledge receipt of this conditional use <br />permit and acknowledge that they have reviewed the conditions of tiffs permit and have agreed that <br />they w/Il cause compliance w/th the terms of this permit. <br /> <br />DANNY'S TRANNY'S, INC. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
