Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-12- RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1993, PAYABLE 1994, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following levies for assessed 1993, payable 1994, be levied upon the taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERAL LEVY Fund 101: General Fund -General Operations: Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) HACA (as certified) Collected as property tax 291,335 515,245 955,811 $ 1,762,391 DEBT SERVICE LEVY Special Assessment Obligations (collected as property tax): Fund 317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service $ Fund 321: 1992B G. O. Debt Service 20,525 4,327 24,852 Total Proposed Levies $ 1,787,243 2) That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 14, 1993. 3) That this final levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the purpose of hearing the opinions of Ramsey Residents on the proposed budget and mount of property taxes. 4) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a cCi:tiffed copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Tuesday, December 28, 1993 for the purpose of complying with Truth In Taxation. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 14th day of December, 1993.
