<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-137 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE <br />TRAIL EASEMENT FROM JOHN AND SHARON ROWE ACCROSS A PORTION OF <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 1 ROWE SECOND ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />on March 24, 2015, the Ramsey City Council approved the Plat of ROWE <br />SECOND ADDITION; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> a condition of approval of the ROWE SECOND ADDITION Plat was <br />conveyance of a fifteen (15) foot Trail Easement to the City across Lot 1, Block 1 ROWE <br />SECOND ADDITION; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , John and Sharon Rowe, the owners of Lot 1, Block 1 ROWE SECOND <br />ADDITION, have agreed to convey to the City of Ramsey a Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail <br />Easement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the conveyance of a Pedestrian and Bicycle <br />Trail Easement from John and Sharon Rowe over a portion of Lot 1, Block 1 ROWE <br />SECOND ADDITION. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
