1111111 hili 111111111111111 hili 111111111 ilii <br /> • <br /> Record ID 3249860 <br /> Commissioner Bauer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> 1 <br /> �U ti 1 S Cu IJ <br /> RESOLUTION #15-04-078 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE SIDE YARD <br /> SETBACK FOR AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ADDITION. <br /> WHEREAS, Jeff Rieck (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance to Section 117- <br /> 111 (R-1 Residential District) of the Ramsey City Code with regard to the minimum setback <br /> required for accessory buildings on the property generally known as 6520 170th Ave NW and <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 6, Shady Lawn Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (Subject Property). <br /> AND WHEREAS,the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on April 9,2015, <br /> pursuant to Section 117-53 of the Ramsey City Code, and adopted findings of fact relating to the <br /> request for a variance. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That based on Findings of Fact #0944, a variance (the "Variance") to side yard setbacks for <br /> accessory buildings, as shown on the attached exhibit, is hereby granted. <br /> 2. That the addition shall be located no closer than five (5) feet from the eastern side property <br /> boundary of the Subject Property. <br /> 3. That the exterior finish of the addition shall be the same as that of the principal building. <br /> 4. That the proposed garage addition shall comply with all other applicable Zoning,Building,and <br /> Fire Code standards. <br /> 5. The Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing this <br /> Variance. <br /> 6. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by April 9, 2016, and <br /> issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. <br /> 2109891 . 009 <br />
