Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to amend <br />Item #35 of the proposed findings of fact as follows: <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br />That the proposed use may not be unduly dangerous or otherwise <br />detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the <br />use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Shumway, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner <br />Howel 1. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend <br />Item %36 of the proposed findings of fact as folly;s: <br /> <br />36. That the proposed use may not substantially adversely impair the <br /> use or enjoyment of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Goodrich stated that he is not sure using the <br />verbage 'may not' makes the findings legally sufficient. <br /> <br />Con~nissioners Holm and Terry withdrew their motion. <br /> <br />Motj.on by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend <br />Item %36 of the proposed findings of fact as follows: <br /> <br />36. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair t/]e <br /> use or enjoyment of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Z~erman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Sh~way, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner <br />Howell. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />amend It~n %38 of the proposed findings of fact as follows: <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />That the proposed use willbe'designed, constructed, operate and <br />maintained so as to beharmonious and appropriate in appearance <br />with the existing or intended character of the I-1 Industrial <br />District. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Hendrikse inquired if the facility <br />represented in the scale mock-up is consistent with plans that have been <br />submitted.
