<br />Community Development Director Gladhill stated if this is a Countywide effort, Hennepin <br />County should also be involved. The Council agreed with the need for consistent regulation. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Tossey, to table consideration of <br />Ordinance #14-12, An Amendment to Chapter 62 of the City Code, which Chapter is known as <br />Waterways of the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota, to allow time for staff to contact Anoka <br />County staff to determine the appropriate mechanism. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Tossey, Johns, Kuzma, <br />and LeTourneau. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Backous. <br />8.
