(c) Each massage therapist licensed under this Article must post a copy of his or <br />her license granted by the City of Ramsey in such a place as the public may <br />readily view the license. <br /> <br />(d) Each business required to be licensed under this Article must maintain the <br />premises in such a fashion that they are safe, sanitary, and free from any and all <br />hazards, dangers, or challenges to human health or welfare. <br /> <br />(e) Each business required to be licensed under this Article must continuously <br />maintain an insurance policy that meets the requirements of Section 26-851(n)(1). <br /> <br />(f) Each business required to be licensed under this Article must be open to the <br />general public. <br /> <br /> <br />Massage Services Performed Outside of a Massage <br />Section 26-860. <br />Establishment. <br /> <br /> No massage services may be provided or performed for a fee, compensation, or <br />other consideration, or offered to the public, if such massage services are not performed <br /> <br />within a duly licensed massage establishment. <br /> <br /> <br />Building and Premises. <br />Section 26-861. <br /> <br />(a) No massage establishment may be licensed unless the building and premises <br />in which the business is located meets the physical, safety, sanitary, and <br />construction requirements of this section. <br /> <br />(b) Every portion of the premises of a business licensed under this Article, <br />including appliances, equipment, and apparatus shall be kept clean and operated in <br />a sanitary condition. <br /> <br />(c) If massage services are performed in individual rooms, the doors to the <br />individual massage rooms shall not be equipped with locking devices and shall not <br />be blocked or obstructed from either side. <br /> <br />(d) Floors, walls, and equipment, in massage areas, restrooms, bathrooms, <br />custodial areas, hallways, and reception areas used in conjunction with massage <br />services must be kept in a state of good repair and clean at all times.
