In addition, the fairly
recent turnover in staff puts a lot of questions in residents' minds.
The staff are not given credit for all they do. They are on the front lines every day
and do a good job.
hurt by past council
I have not heard anything negative regarding City staff. The only issue that
comes up is regarding payment of fees to the City, as the staff time is already
being paid for. Sometimes the staff gets the blame for that. Otherwise, I have
heard helpful, quick, knowiedable or will be quickly so, courteous... all good
adjectives.
I think the community sees the staff has being stretched too thin. Great concern
over all of the departures.
it's easy to get on a nameless, faceless city worker. once you break a sweat with
staff, it's difficult to get upset over a snowstorm that isn't plowed by 5:00 AM
I think the staff, especially the administrator have had a very tough time.
Hopefully there will be more support from the new council, and as much
autonomy as possible given to the administrator.
Jan 23, 2013 1:48 PM
Jan 22, 2013 10:42 AM
Jan 18, 2013 11:04 AM
Jan 17, 2013 12:00 PM
Jan 15, 2013 11:42 AM
Jan 14, 2013 8:22 PM
Jan 14, 2013 3:52 PM
think a lot of good people have [eft, good people remain but have been Jan 14, 2013 3:32 PM
undermined by past Council actions.
37 of 40
