Motion by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Hetland to approve the Park <br />and Recreation Commission regular meeting minutes dated October 20, 1988. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Sybrant Addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Prall to accept 75 feet along the <br />north edge of the property and the remainder in cash for park dedication. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to accept 75 feet along <br />the south side of the property and one acre on the Southwest corner of the plat and the remainder <br />in cash for park dedication. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #3 Statg$ of trail dedication /plats for Bulow's Addition and Riverview <br /> Esf;ates Addition (Response from EQB. <br /> <br />Merland Otto recommended accepting a 35 foot right-of-way for a trail corridor. Merland Otto <br />told the Commission that City Council was going to add an additional 3 feet to the right-of-way. <br />EQB recommends a 30 foot wide corridor.
