Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-04-105 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON <br />LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK 4 THE VILLAGES OF SUNFISH LAKE 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Shadow Ponds, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br />applied for vacation of a portion of a drainage and utility easement on the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lots 8 & 9, Block 4, THE VILLAGES OF SUNFISH LAKE 2ND ADDITION, except <br />road subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on March 5, 2015, the City of Ramsey received an Easement Vacation application <br />from the Applicant to allow for construction of the home in the proposed location. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation on the Subject Property as <br />legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Shryock, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Williams <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
