CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:35 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Review Strategic Planning Session Documents <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report, noting an updated and reorganized version <br />of the Strategic Action Plan has been distributed. He stated staff incorporated comments from <br />the Council's two Work Sessions. He asked the Council for comments on the following vision <br />statement: `Ramsey will be a leader in municipal services, a vibrant rural and suburban <br />community with well-connected destinations.' <br />Councilmember LeTourneau asked for an explanation of the words `well-connected <br />destinations.' <br />City Council Work Session / March 24, 2015 <br />Page 1 of 9 <br />
