2.02: Fire Department Annual Report 2014 <br />Fire Chief Kapler presented the Fire Department's 2014 Annual Report. <br />Mayor Strommen commented on the current danger of grass fires and urged residents to be <br />cautious. <br />Fire Chief Kapler stated staff is aware of that concern and prepares for it before the snow leaves <br />the ground. He reported on available DNR equipment and assured the Council the fire fighters <br />are prepared. <br />Councilmember Kuzma requested an update on the Fire Data Management System. <br />Fire Chief Kapler described the services that are currently on line and being utilized. <br />2.03: Special Presentation of Firefighters Being Awarded Department Badges <br />Fire Chief Kapler introduced four of the six Firefighters who had completed and excelled initial <br />training as follows: Mark Hager, Jason DeRosa, Kelly LaForce, and Vladimir Panko. Mayor <br />Strommen presented each Firefighter with a badge and congratulated them on behalf of the City. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />4.
