EXHIBIT "C" <br />SECOND ADDENDUM TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />THIS ADDENDUM to Purchase Agreement made and entered into as of this day of April <br />2015, by and between Casey's Retail Company, an Iowa corporation having its principal place of business <br />at One S.E. Convenience Blvd., Ankeny, Iowa (hereinafter "Purchaser") and the City of Ramsey, a <br />municipal corporation under the laws of Minnesota, of 7550 Sunwood Drive, Ramsey, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter "Seller"), <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into a Purchase Agreement dated June 24, 2014 and a <br />letter extending said Purchase Agreement dated November 20, 2014 (hereinafter collectively referred to <br />as "Purchase Agreement") for the sale of real property situated in Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />legally described as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), Casey's Addition, Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the parties to include an amendment as Exhibit "C", to the <br />original Purchase Agreement, as referred to above. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained and the mutual <br />benefits to be derived therefrom, the undersigned parties agree and state as follows: <br />1. Purchaser and Seller agree that the closing date for this property should be extended. The <br />Purchaser and Seller agree to close on or before May 14, 2015. <br />2.
