Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-04-103 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BROOKFIELD 6th ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Capstone Homes, Inc. properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, BROOKFIELD 3RD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, on September 3, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />preliminary plat plans for Brookfield 4th Addition from Capstone Homes, which encompassed <br />seventy-seven (77) lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the Brookfield 4th Addition was a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 3, 2013, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on <br />October 10, 2013, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 2013, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with <br />conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 23, 2015, Ramsey Landholdings, LLC, hereafter referred to as <br />"Developer", submitted an application for final plat of Brookfield 6th Addition, which includes <br />eighteen (18) buildable lots and one outlot, all of which were a part of the preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the Brookfield 6th Addition is a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 28, 2015, the City Council reviewed the final plat. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Brookfield 6th Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review File dated April 24, 2015. <br />b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />
