Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-04-108 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE HIGHWAY 10 AND ARMSTRONG BOULEVARD <br />INTERCHANGE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is the official governing body of the <br />City of Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the reconstruction of County State Aid <br />Highway No. 83 (Armstrong Boulevard) and T.H. 10 grade separated interchange project in the <br />City of Ramsey, are designated as Anoka County Project No. S.P. 002-683-003; and <br />WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the Project require the use of various lands <br />for the project; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is the owner of the property, described in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto, which parcel is required for the Project improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That said Right of Entry Agreement is hereby approved allowing said property to be used <br />for the purposes of the Project as set forth in the plans and specifications. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />RESOLUTION #15-04-108 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
