Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-128 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON OUTLOTS A & E, <br />SWEETBAY RIDGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Lennar Homes <br />vacation of drainage and utility easements on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots A & E, SWEETBAY RIDGE, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />,on April 21, 2015, the City of Ramsey received an Easement Vacation application <br /> <br />from the Applicant to allow for construction of the home in the proposed location. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation for the drainage and utility <br />easement recorded as Document No. 129004 on the Subject Property. <br />2. That to ensure that adequate drainage and utility easements are replaced, the Easement Vacation <br />does not become effective until the Plat entitled Country Club Hills is properly recorded with <br />Anoka County. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />th <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 12 day <br />of May, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
