Councilmember _____________ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-115 <br /> <br />TH <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOMPENT AGRREMENT FOR BROOKFIELD 6 <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Capstone Homes, Inc. properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />RD <br /> Outlot A, BROOKFIELD 3 ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (Subject Property); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />on September 3, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application and preliminary <br />plat plans for Brookfield 4th Addition from Capstone Homes, which encompassed seventy-seven (77) <br />lots; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Brookfield 4 Addition was a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on October 3, 2013, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on <br />October 10, 2013, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on October 22, 2013, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on March 23, 2015, Brookfield Land, LLC, , <br />th <br />submitted an application for final plat of Brookfield 6 Addition, which includes eighteen (18) buildable <br />lots and one outlot, all of which were a part of the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Brookfield 6 Addition is a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on April 28, 2015, the City Council approved the Final Plat with contingencies. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />th <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Brookfield 6 Addition, <br />subject to review and approval by the City Attorney as to legal form, and contingent upon revisions as <br />outlined in the Staff Review Letter dated April 24, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
