Councilmember _____________ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #15-05-115 TH RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOMPENT AGRREMENT FOR BROOKFIELD 6 ADDITION WHEREAS, Capstone Homes, Inc. properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: RD Outlot A, BROOKFIELD 3 ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property); WHEREAS, on September 3, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application and preliminary plat plans for Brookfield 4th Addition from Capstone Homes, which encompassed seventy-seven (77) lots; and th WHEREAS , the Brookfield 4 Addition was a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and WHEREAS, on October 3, 2013, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on October 10, 2013, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and WHEREAS , on October 22, 2013, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with conditions; and WHEREAS , on March 23, 2015, Brookfield Land, LLC, , th submitted an application for final plat of Brookfield 6 Addition, which includes eighteen (18) buildable lots and one outlot, all of which were a part of the preliminary plat; and th WHEREAS , the Brookfield 6 Addition is a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and WHEREAS , on April 28, 2015, the City Council approved the Final Plat with contingencies. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: th That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Brookfield 6 Addition, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney as to legal form, and contingent upon revisions as outlined in the Staff Review Letter dated April 24, 2015.
