<br />Councilmember _____________ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-116 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A TEMPORARY ROAD EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF <br />TH <br />LOT 10 BLOCK 3 BROOKFIELD 4 ADDITION <br /> <br />th <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> the City Council approved Brookfield 4 Addition in December of 2013; and <br /> <br />thth <br /> WHEREAS, 168 Lane NW within Brookfield 4 Addition terminates in a temporary cul-de- <br />th <br />sac that partially encroaches on Lot 10, Block 3 Brookfield 4 Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on May 12, 2015, the City Council considered acceptance of a Temporary Road <br />Easement to address the encroachment. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the Temporary Road Easement subject review and <br />approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />___________________, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />th <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 12 <br />day of May, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
