The Plat meets or exceeds all applicable <br />dimensional bulk standards. Standard drainage and <br />utility easements along the perimeter of the plat shall be <br />provided. The Plat, once approved by City Council, should be recorded after successfully closing on the property. <br /> <br />Site Plan: City Code Section 117-118 requires that <br />any construction of buildings within the District <br />will be subject to the site plan review process as <br />outlined in City Code Section 117-54 and is subject <br />to the standards found within the COR Design <br />Framework. <br /> <br /> <br />
