Councilmember____introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-111 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR RIDGEPOINT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #15-21 <br />WHEREAS <br />, Village Bank seeks to develop seven parcels of land it owns, known as <br />Ridgepoint, and requests that the City undertake constructon of the necessary public <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS <br />, Village Bank retained Hakanson Anderson to draft plans and specifications <br />for the public improvements, which City staff reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS <br />,Village Bank agreed to be assessed for the total cost of the public <br />improvements, as provided in Resolution #15-05-110. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1)The City Council hereby accepts the finalplans and specifications prepared by Hakanson <br />Anderson for Village Bank for the construction of the Ridgepoint public improvements, <br />and authorizes the advertisement of bids for those improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />____and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />th <br />this the 12day of May, 2015. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-111 <br />Page 1of 1 <br /> <br />
