LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> (hereinaf__ day <br />City of Ramsey <br />of _____________________, 2015, is entered into by and between the , a <br />Minnesota municipal corporation, 7550 Sunwood Drive, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />United Methodist Church of Anoka <br />, a non-profit corporation <br />d/b/a Northern Light Church <br />organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, , 850 <br />collectively re <br /> <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF <br />the mutual agreements expressed herein, the parties <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br /> Purpose. <br />1. Landlord is the fee owner of the Premises described in Paragraph <br />2 of this Agreement. Tenant desires to <br />as a place of worship and related uses. Landlord is willing to lease the Premises to <br />Tenant pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Lease. <br /> <br />Premises. <br /> 2. The Premises consists of the Westerly 4,820 square feet of the <br />office area located in the building located at 6701 Highway 10 Northwest, in Ramsey, <br />Minnesota <br />property: <br /> <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, DEAL INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The Premises also include the nonexclusive use of the paved parking areas <br />invitees shall not be permitted to the use of those parking areas which interfere with the <br />reasonable use of other tenants located within the Building. <br /> <br /> The Premises is depicted on the attached Exhibit A <br /> Exhibit A is incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this <br />Lease. <br /> <br />Term. <br /> 3. The term of this Lease is for a period of two years, commencing on <br />2017, unless extended by written agreement of both parties or sooner terminated as <br />. If Tenant desires to end this Lease after a period of one <br />year, Tenant may do so by providing Landlord with 90 days prior written notice. <br />However, in no event may Tenant terminate this Lease earlier than October 31, 2016. <br />Notwithstanding the Lease Term, Landlord may terminate this Lease at any time at <br />Landlor days prior written notice to Tenant. <br />Lease Agreement <br />Page 1 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
