<br />Motion by Councilmember Johns, seconded by Councilmember Williams, to Approve an <br />A <br />Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) for the Elmcrest Park building. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember LeTourneau stated this is a great use for these funds <br />especially considering the amount of activity that occurs at Elmcrest Park <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Johns, Williams, LeTourneau, <br />Riley, Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Kuzma. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich reported on testimony given before the Legislature related to the Rail <br />Separation Grant and Highway 10 corridor. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced the success of the Pet Clinic and upcoming Pet Clinic <br />scheduled for May 17, 2015. He provided updates on construction projects including Armstrong <br />Boulevard and announced upcoming events. <br /> <br /> and noted <br />the Environmental Policy Board may be interested in the DNR presentation on groundwater. <br />Mayor Strommen announced she will be meeting this week with members of the Northfork <br /> <br /> <br />Civil Engineer II Linton displayed a copy of the 2008 Surface Water Management Plan he had <br />earlier referenced and described the format that will be used for the updated Plan. <br />9.
