Case #1 <br /> <br />REVIEW SKETCH PLAN FOR MR. WALLY ANDERSON'S PROPOSED SUBDIVISION <br />WITH RESPECT TO PARK DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> By: Merland Otto, Acting Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Wally Anderson is proposing a subdivision to be located on the 55 <br />acres east of Hunter's Hill Addition and northwest from Mr. Dick <br />Carson's proposed subdivision (Windemere Estates). The proposed plat <br />consists of 136 single family lots proposed to be served by sanitary <br />sewer and municipal water. <br /> <br />For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />¢) <br />d) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />Proposed trail system map <br />DNR letter 10/13/88 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Carson presented a concept to the Parks Commission which <br />provided for a centralized park which would satisfy the parkland <br />dedication requirements of Windemere Estates, Cedar Hills, and an <br />adjoining plat to the Northeast by Good Value Homes. <br /> <br />The Parks Commission approved the park plan in concept contingent on: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />centralized developable park of approximately 8 acres; <br />providing pedway along 142nd Avenue <br />request for TIF funding for park development <br />providing trail access to north to link with Ramsey Terrace <br />trail to Ramsey Elementary School. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto and Mr. Raatikka met with John Stine, DNR at which time DNR <br />indicated that additional survey information was required to establish <br />the limits of the wetland.
