CASE ~4: <br /> <br />DISCUSSION P4DGARDI~S PETITION OPPOSED TO RECREATIONAL TRAIL <br /> ALONG (X]tRYfY DITCH NOS. 66 AND 3 <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, at the time the preliminary plats of Oakwood Hills and <br />Rambosek's Red Oak Estates were approved, the City acquired property along' <br />County Ditch Nos. 66 and 3 for a future recreational trail. At that time, <br />several residents living near the trail corridor circulated a peti%ion <br />opposing this trail.
