Motion by Conm]issioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Prall to recommend <br />that the City aoquire 2.5 acres of land and a cash equivalent of 1.75 acres as <br />recommended by Merland Otto. <br /> <br />Motion c~%rried. Voting Yes: Cormuissioners Hetland, Prall, Rustad, Sh~ay, <br />Johnson and Lokker. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Lichter. <br /> <br />Regarding the plat of Sybrant Addition: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to <br />reconw~nd that the City acquire 7 acres of land across the Northern and Eastern <br />Boundaries to satisfy the City's park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Hetland, Prall, Rustad, Shumway, <br />Johnson and Lokker. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairm~n Lichter. <br /> <br />Regarding the plat of Sybrant Second Addition: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to <br />recommend that the City acquire 4 acres of land to satisfy the City's park <br />dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Chairman Lichter. <br /> <br />Regarding the plats of Rambosek's Red Oak Estates and Oakwood Hills: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Prall that the Park <br />Commission would take 13% of the land in the plats along the County drainage <br />ditch to satisfy the City's park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />~tion carried.
