The <br />proposed plat allows for commercial strip development along <br />Highway 10 and single family residential development along the <br />river. Access to the plat would be from the proposed Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard extension and Front Street. <br /> <br />For your information, attached are the following items: <br /> <br />a.
