April 7, 1988 <br /> <br />TO: Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />RE: Addition to Agenda <br /> <br />Please consider the addition of the following case to the agenda <br />for the April 12, 1988 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />CASE #19: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVI~; <br />CASE OF TfDD AND RANDY ELOFSON <br /> <br />~c~ro~d: <br /> <br />Randy and Todd Elofson are requesting sketch plan review of their <br />proposed plat of the ten acres located between the Mississippi <br />River and Highway 10, west of Sunfish Lake Boulevard. The <br />proposed plat allows for commercial strip development along <br />Highway 10 and single family residential development along the <br />river. Access to the plat would be from the proposed Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard extension and Front Street. <br /> <br />For your information, attached are the following items: <br /> <br />a. Site location map <br />b. Proposed sketch plan <br /> <br />Reco~uendation: <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Will be based on your discussion. <br /> <br />Attach: <br /> <br /> <br />
