S_vbrant Addition with respec~ ~Q <br /> _Dark dedication requ_ irements. <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued and the consensus of the Commission was to table <br />this issue until the special meeting on March 24, 1988. <br /> <br />Case #6 Review sketch plan of R.J. _Sybrant 2nd Addition with respect <br /> _Dark dedication requ_ irements. <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued and the consensus of the Commission was to table <br />this issue until the special meeting on March 24, 1988. <br /> <br />Case ~7 Information Items. <br /> <br />The Commission noted information items contained in the agenda. <br /> <br />Case #8 Review plat of The North Forty with respect to park dedication <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued and the consensus of the Commission was to table <br />this issue until the special meeting on March 24, 1988. <br /> <br />Case #9 Discuss _Dark dedication requ_ irements. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Hetland to <br />request that the Planning & Zoning commission adopt an emergency ordinance <br />to amend the park dedication requirements as follows: <br /> <br />--The City may require a maximum of 10% of far market value per undeveloped residential lot. <br />--The City may require a maximum of 5% of far market value per undeveloped <br /> commerical and industrial lots. <br />--The City has the ability to require land and/or fee.--That any park fee due shall be collected upon plat approval. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Hetland, Shumway, Johnson, <br />Prall, and Rustad. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Lichter and <br />Commissioner Lokker. <br /> <br />Review proposed sketch plan of Mr. John Rambosek. Mr. Dal~ <br />Voltin. and Mr. Dave Schulte regarding park dedication <br /> <br />The consensus of theCommission was to table this issue until after the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission, the Anoka County Department of Natural <br />Resources and the Civil Engineer inspected and reviewed the plats of <br />John Rambosek, Dale Voltin, and Dave Schulte. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Prall and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to <br />adjourn themeeting at 9:02 p.m. <br /> Park &Recreation Commission/March 10, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
