They are supposed to look at each case inoqvidually and decide If they reed park apace or the fee. They can take both the land dedication and the fee. fie advised them to look at the noe~ of the city each time, end not apply the same criteria to each ~, and to take no more than alloyed for in the ordinance. He urged the Board to make a concientious decision, and be rsa~)nable and fair. Commisatoner Hstlend asked about an easement they had reque~(~l, and Yes tnforn~l they did get a 30' es~ement along the pover line.
