He' also expressed appreciation for Ann <br />Norris' efforts in applying for the funding. <br /> <br />CASE #5:. Information Stems <br /> <br />Information Items were noted. <br /> <br />CASE #6: Review sketch plan of Now a Then Estates regarding park dedication <br />requirement. <br /> <br />Chairman Lichter asked Commissioner Looyen if there is any park lan& there <br />{the land is across from her house). Motion by Commissioner Hetland, seconded <br />by Commissioner Johnson to accept park dedication fee, carried. <br /> <br />PARK CO}~ISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Commissioner Lichter asked Merle Mevissen if Brookview Park is closed. The park <br />is not closed but there is a cable across to keep undesirables out. Commissioner <br />Lichter asked if anything is needed for the warming house. Nerle Mevissen <br />noted the Warming House attendants want larger buildings. Claudia Dodge noted <br />the building needs added on to, and Chairman Lichter noted flush toiiets are <br />needed. He will contact the hockey association. The City is responsible for <br />maintaining the building. <br /> <br />Motion to adjou~bv Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Chaiman Lichter to adjourn. <br />Motion carried.
