Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #15-05-135 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF COR PARKVIEW ADDITION WHEREAS, PSD, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: TH Outlots A & B, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11 ADDITION (the “Subject Property”) WHEREAS, on March 5, 2015, the City received an Application for Major Plat from PSD, LLC; and WHEREAS , the City finds that the Plat does not required an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) due to the size of the project and number of lots; and WHEREAS, on April 9, 2015, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for the plat known as COR PARKVIEW ADDITION; and WHEREAS, on April 28, 2015, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat; and WHEREAS , on May 26, 2015, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to COR PARKVIEW ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon the following: a)Compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated April 3, 2015. b)The Developer is responsible for constructing all required Public Improvements as shown on the current plans for Parkview East. c)The Developer must enter into a Development Agreement with the City. d)The Developer is responsible for all required Development Fees as required by City Ordinances. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Strommen Councilmember LeTourneau Councilmember Johns
