<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-06-141 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING POLICY FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF LAND <br />PROCEEDS AND TAX INCREMENT FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING AREA <br />#14-COR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> The City’s Charter, Section 12.5 – <br /> Sales of Real Property states: If there are <br />proceeds from the sale of real property, if there is no outstanding indebtedness, the council may by <br /> <br />resolution designate some other public use for the proceeds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />The City’s Policy for the Reimbursement of Land Proceeds and Tax <br />Increment for Tax Increment Financing Area #14-COR was officially adopted by the City Council <br />at its meeting of June 10, 2014 without a resolution number assigned; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the action of June 9, 2015 will be considered a housekeeping item to <br />officially assign a resolution number to the policy. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby Assigns Resolution #15-06-141 to the Policy for the <br />Reimbursement of Land Proceeds and Tax Increment for Tax Increment Financing Area #14- <br />COR. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />
