Northdale Construction Co. $1,119,883.99 $42,396.28 $54,130.85 $1,216,411.12 <br />Engineer’s Estimate $960,000.00 $31,100.00 $42,200.00 $1,033,300.00 <br />*= adjusted bid price <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> bid alternate #2 is not a requirement at this time; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the bid of Kuechle Underground of Kimball, Minnesota, in the amount of <br />$823,126.51 for the base bid plus bid alternate #1 for the construction of said improvements in <br />accordance with the approved plans and specifications and advertisement for bids, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder and their bid shall be and hereby is accepted. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> <br />1)The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />2)The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br />the deposits made with their bids at such time that a contract has been executed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Willilams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 9 day of June, 2015. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-06-147 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
