Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to adopt Resolution <br /> #15-05-113 approving the Findings of Fact. <br /> Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners VanScoy, Brauer, <br /> Andrusko, and Maul. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Levine and Commissioner <br /> Nosan. <br /> Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Maul, to adopt Resolution #15- <br /> 05-114 approving a variance to the mean gable height restriction for a detached accessory <br /> building at 9491 Inverness Lane NW. <br /> Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners VanScoy, Maul, <br /> Andrusko, and Brauer. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Levine and Commissioner <br /> Nosan. <br /> 6.
