TI,'iLETIC ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />January 19,1984 <br /> <br />Members of the Park Board, <br /> <br />We'd like to express our simcere thanks for your interrest in the RYAA <br />concerning the development of Central Park. We have compiled a list of <br />priorities that we feel should be considered in the further development <br />of the park, starting with the highest ou the list: <br /> <br />1) WATER for upkeep of the fields. <br /> <br />2) DEVELOPMEFT of baseball and softball fields using agralime. <br /> <br />3) BACKSTOPS for the baseball and softball diamonds. <br /> <br />a) LIGHTS for f '' football and soccer programs and the late adult <br />B) DEVELOPMEFT of football and soccer fields. <br /> <br />6) SCOREBOARDS for football,baseball,soccer and softball fields. <br /> <br />7) COFCES$IOM STAP~ used to raise money for the youth groups and <br /> other groups using these facilities.
