The loss of
parking stalls in the upper parking lot for the former municipal center should not negatively impact the current or
planned use of the Phase II area. The impacts to the parking lot for the former Police Department building are
necessary to relocate utilities and ensure that both existing buildings continue to maintain necessary services
(sanitary sewer and water).
Action:
Motion to approve temporary easement on Lot 25, Block 1, Harvest Estates with GS Land, LLC for staging and
construction of Harvest Estates Phase I as outlined in the attached easement.
Site Location Map
Proposed Easement
Phase I Grading: Impacts to Lot 25
Phase I Utilities: Connection to Existing
Parking Lot Exhibit
Attachments
Form Review
Inbox Reviewed By Date
Patrick Brama Tim Gladhill 07/09/2015 09:32 AM
Tim Gladhill (Originator) Tim Gladhill 07/09/2015 09:33 AM
Patrick Brama Patrick Brama 07/09/2015 03:19 PM
Kurt Ulrich Kurt Ulrich 07/09/2015 03:25 PM
Form Started By: Tim Gladhill Started On: 07/08/2015 12:03 PM
Final Approval Date: 07/09/2015
