The need for Sattalites placed at various parks was discussed. The <br />Comr~ssi_on would like Mr. Walker to obtain some price figures for <br />thi,~; year before any decisions are made. The Commission also would <br />like Mr. Walker to assist them in obtaining bids for the mowing of <br />Par!ss in Ramsey for the 1976 seasOn~ '~ ~' ', <br /> <br />Resolution: The Commission decided that in order to find out the needs <br />of the residents in Ramsey.~ they would like to insert a request to all <br />residents regarding what they feel they-'need for Park & Recreation <br />facilities. This request for information should go out in the ~prit <br />Newsletter. Kathy Schneider was asked to discuss this with Mr. Walker. <br />Ken Peterson made a motion thatthe Commission's secretary be reimbursed <br />for labor and mileage involved in regularly scheduled meetings at a rate <br />of ~10.O0 per meeting. Seconded by Jerry Manthey. Ail members present <br />were in favor of having this added to the Resolutuio~ if necessary. <br />As there were other questions regarding the Resolution~ the Commission <br />would appreciate having Mr, Walker present at their next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Ritchie mentioned that he had been asked by Councilperson Oliphant <br />if ~:he could at~,end our ne×t meeting. Mr. Peterson again mentioned that <br />Mayor C~× had suggested that the Commission meet with the entire Council <br />either before or after acceptance of the Resolution. The members felt <br />they would rather have a meeting after they had received some response <br />from the residents. However~ any Councilperson or resident is allowed <br />to attend the meetings at any time. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Manth.ey to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Peterson. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:25 ~.M. Next meeting is scheduled for April 22. <br /> <br /> <br />
