<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-07-175 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />RECONSTRUCTING ANDRIE STREET AND 164TH LANE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Andrie Street between Alpine <br />th <br />Drive and 164 Lane, and to assess the benefitted properties for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct 164 Lane between Andrie <br />Street and Jarvis Street, and to assess the benefitted properties for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the proposed improvement, designated as Improvement Project No. 16-00 Division <br />C, be referred to the City Engineer for study and that the City Engineer is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other <br />improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description <br />of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
