Eric Maass, Economic Development Support ($72) <br />Role: Planning and Economic Development Support - COR Development Plan support, data <br />mining and community profile support <br />Eric works with communities to help them develop land use strategies that will increase the <br />overall sense of place and which benefit local economies. His ultimate goal is to aid <br />communities in guiding and designing places that people will want to return to time and time <br />again. His background in landscape architecture coupled with land use planning offer a unique <br />perspective of viewing a site from a multitude of scales. Eric is currently the day to day staff <br />planner for one municipality, provides economic development support to two communities, <br />and is managing two projects on behalf of the City of Duluth which include a Small Area Plan <br />and a Strategic Action Framework for the St. Louis River corridor. <br />An example of a typical Professional Services Agreement is enclosed for your reference. We are <br />open to using a city template as well. <br />We sincerely hope you consider the WSB team to provide planning services to the City of <br />Ramsey.
