WSB & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />EXHIBIT C <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />of construction plans, and construction staking and surveying. <br />C.6.3 Preparation of engineering reports and technical correspondence, including <br />determination of need, preparation, review for compliance with Town ordinances <br />and policies, and review of reports prepared by other agencies. <br />C.6.4 Participation in Town meetings, including Town Board, Planning Commission, <br />internal staff meetings, and meetings with developers, members of the public, and <br />other agencies. <br />C.6.5 Respond to resident requests, including public presentations, evaluation of specific <br />issues, and recommendations to staff and Town Board. <br />C.6.6 Establish and maintain a library of permits and applications, contract documents, <br />and other items as needed. <br />C.6.7 Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Town Board. <br />C.7 SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES AS THE TOWN ENGINEER <br />If authorized in writing by the Town, the Engineer shall furnish additional services of the <br />following type: <br />C.7.1 Providing services of professional subconsultants as required for a particular <br />project. <br />C.7.2 Providing the type of surveying or related engineering services necessary for <br />preparation of permanent and/or temporary easements, boundary surveys, or plat <br />documents. <br />C.7.3 Providing services for preparation of preliminary and final assessment rolls. <br />C.7.4 Review of developer's plats and concept plans.
