useage from a successful business.

Mayor Gamec - Stated that there should be some wording in the ordinance to the
effect that other businesses could be allowed if they met certain on-site
septic system requirements.

Councilmember Sorteberg - That wording is already in the ordinance. Why do
we even list permitted uses when the area is restricted to businesses with
low water useage?

City Attorney Goodrich - We have had truck terminals as permitted use for
8 years and we haven't had any problems. We could leave them as permitted use.

City Administrator Schnelle - Planning and Zoning recommended deleting them
from pemitted use because of the risk of oils, grease, extra water from
truck washing, etc., getting into the sewer system.

Councilmember Cox - PCA has controls for dumping of oils, etc.

Council consensus is to leave truck terminals in as a permitted use.

Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to
approve of amending Sections 170.013D(5), 170.013D(6), 170.013D(7), and
170.0111, paragraphs 32 and 33 of the City Zoning Ordinance by adoption of
Ordinance #82-2. Further, that the above adopted changes to be publ~ished in
the Anoka County Union as approved at this Council meeting of February 9,
1982.

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann,
Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None.

Case #2 Amendments to City Zoning Districts:

a. Changing from Urban Conservation to Industrial (I-1):

Motion by Councilmember VanWagner and seconded by Councilmember
Sorteberg to adopt the findings of fact in regards to the rezoning
of the following property from Urban Conservation to Industrial

That property in the vicinity of the intersection of Sunfish Lake
Blvd. and Industry Avenue, which property is specifically
legally described as follows:

1.
