Case #12: Authorization To Transfer Funds From Landfill Trust Fund: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Resolution #82-37 authorizing the transfer of $20,000 from the Landfill <br />Trust Fund to the General Fund 101 for reasons as stated in the above <br />resolution. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-37). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox <br />and Reimann. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #13: Approval of Metes And Bounds Subdivision Of Lots After The Fact <br /> <br />In An Unrecorded Plat Which Is Owned By Westphal Construction: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox authorizing <br />City Staff to contact Mrs. Westphal regarding platting and special assessments <br />to land owned by Westphal Construction at 159th, east of Ramsey Boulevard. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Reimann. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #14: Finance: <br /> <br />This case was tabled by Council until a later date. <br /> <br />Case #15: Landfills (Preliminary Evaluation Of Anoka County's Candidate <br /> Landfill Sites): <br /> <br />Enclosures contained in Council agenda were for information only. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg, <br />based on recommendations from Council Personnel Committee and Merle Mevisson, <br />to change Mr. Daryl Saathoff, Public Worksman status from probationary to <br />permanent in accordance with Chapter 10.09 Section 10.094 of the City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox <br />and Reimann. Voting No: None.
