Improvement Project #82-1 167th Avenue N.W. was
made by City Engineer Raatikka.

Bob Muller - 5450 152nd Avenue - Thanks Council for making decision to go
ahead with the project because planned improvements are really needed as
for as safety for the children is concerned. Mr. Muller is opposed to
assessing the commercial area for a MSA funded street and further that the
businesses in Ramsey are taxed heavily enough as it is.

Darryl Fults - 15410 Barium - The entire community will benefit from
improvements made to 167th Avenue and it is not fair to single out one small
commercial area to assess. The improvements should be totally MSA funded.

Mayor Gamec stated that he has talked to Mr. Danner of Danner's Cabinets and
that Mr. Danner's feelings on the matter are similar to those of Bob Muller.

Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann~to adjourn
the public hearing.

Motion carried.
