Case #10: <br /> <br />Rodeo Hills Street Improvement Project #82-2 Regarding The Establishing <br />Of Outlots A, B, C, and D As Buildable Lots And Granting Variance For <br /> <br />Septic Systems To Use Mound System Or Other Inovative Acceptable <br />Systems: <br /> <br />Council authorizes City Staff to prepare a study of courses of action that can <br />be taken regarding outlots. <br /> <br />Council tabled any action until assessment hearings. <br /> <br />Case #11: Barthel's Rum River Acres Street Improvement Project #82-3 and <br /> <br />Barthel's Rum River Acres Second Addition: <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that there are three conditions that Barthel <br />would like incorporated into the agreement with the City of Ramsey if he is <br />to be assessed $18,000 for Street Improvement Project #82-3: <br /> <br />1. To pave Dysprosium Street from its north boundary to it's south <br /> boundary in the plat by October 15, 1983. <br /> <br />2. To require to pave the remainder of the streets in Barthel's Rum River <br /> Acres 2nd Addition by October 15, 1984. <br /> <br />3. To vacate 162nd Lane between Germanium and Dysprosium Street <br /> <br />The above have been formally included in the contract presented to the Council <br />at the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann authorizing <br />the Mayor of Ramsey and the City Administrator to sign the third amended <br />contract regarding Barthel's Rum River Acres, as presented at the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Case Of Mr. Victor Schwinghamer Declaring Plat 89211, Parcel 4215 <br /> To Be A Lot Of Record: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution 82-6o to approve of Plat 89211, Parcel 4215 to be a lot of <br />record belonging to Mr. Victor Schwinghamer. Further that Mr. Schwinghamer <br />pay the park fee and be responsible for all professional costs. (Please <br />refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-6o). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Case #2: Cable TV Franchise Submitted For Council Adoption: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve Cable TV Ordinance Franchise. (O~dinance #82-10) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner and <br />Sorteberg. Voting No: Councilmember Reimann.
