(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-49.) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #82-50 Receiving Report and Calling Hearing on Improvement <br />Project #82-6 (Bowers Mississippi Acres, 1st Addition) and said hearing is <br />to be held on May 17, 1982 at 7:00 P.M., and further that one Councilmember <br />and the City Engineer will meet with the concerned residents prior to the <br />public hearing.
