Bonnie Baggenstoss - 15795 Juniper Ridge Drive ~ Was present at the meeting <br />representing certain residents of Juniper'Ridge Drive Wko are up~et'w±th <br />persons trespassing private property (~utlots~'in order to have parties by <br />the river which is creating quite a nuisance to residents of'the area~ Mrs. <br />Baggenstoss has discussed this problem with the C~ty Police and they have <br />informed her that they can better police this area if a regulation~type <br />sign were installed. Mrs. Baggenstoss then requested that a "No Public Access <br />to River" sign be installed in the area. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to direct <br />City Staff to contact the owner of the outlots and inform that person that it <br />is their responsibility to provide signs or restrict access to the river, as <br />it is causing a nuisance to the residents of that neighborhood. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Van Wagner and <br />Sorteberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Marilyn Peltzer - 6421 Green Valley Road - Mrs. Peltzer requested an extension <br />to their contract with the City allowing them to use a mobile home as a <br />temporary residence. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to grant <br />a 90 day extension to Gerald and Marilyn Peltzer to use a mobile home as a <br />temporary residence to be effective July 27, 1982. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Van Wagner and <br />Sorteberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Marilyn Gallagher - 6905 151st Avenue - Mrs. Gallagher stated that if Landfill <br />Abatement is on the Agenda for the Landfill Meeting scheduled for August 4, 1982 <br />between the City of Ramsey and Anoka County, Mr. Ray Throne of the Metro Council <br />would like to be invited to that meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmemb&r Van Wagner to direct <br />City Staff to invite Mr. Ray Throne of the Metro Council to the Landfill <br />Meeting scheduled for August 4, 1982. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Van Wagner and <br />Sorteberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the agenda with the addition of Case #10 to New Business (Mr. Lemm's <br />request for a circle driveway). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Van Wagner and <br />Sorteberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and secondedby Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve Regular Council Meeting Minutes dated June 22, 1982. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
