Marilyn Gallagher's ~ep~rt .regarding the County Ad Hoc Abatement <br /> Advisory Committee <br /> <br />Ms. Gallagher requested direction from Council regarding proposal included <br />as item D-l-f in the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #82-128 requesting that Ms. Marilyn Gallagher attend <br />The Ad Hoc Advisory Abatement Committee meeting scheduled for October 11, <br />1982 and indicate Ramsey's dissatisfaction with the proposal and to <br />suggest that the County review alternative methods of abatement. (Please <br /> refer to resolution file for Resolution ~82-128). <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Couneilmembers Van Wagner, Cox, <br />Sorteberg and Reimann. Extension Of Time On Surfacing Streets: <br /> <br />Councilmember Sorteberg stated that homeowners in Pondvale Estates are expecting <br />a paved road and they don't have one as of yet. <br /> <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer stated that he has talked with both homeowners and they <br />don't mind the delay. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox to adopt Resolution #82-129 granting an extension <br />of time for Mr. Ben Deemer to complete bituminous surfacing of the streets in <br /> <br />C/September 28, 1982 <br /> Page 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
