Mr. Schnelle stated that Mr. Potter has met all <br />of the City's requirements but UNR is still not satisfied. DNR maintains that <br />although the stairway to the river does alleviate erosion problems, the <br />stairway has not been screened by trees and shrubs and the property is not <br />favorable to wildlife. Mr. $chnelle stated that Mr. Potter could add some <br />wild growth to the property, such as sumac, to satisfy DNR requirements. <br /> <br />Council authorized Mr. Schnelle to contact Mr. Potter regarding the planting <br />of some wild plant growth in the Spring of 1984 and to inform DNR of Mr. Potter's <br />plans to do so. <br /> <br />C/November 22, 1983 <br /> Page 7 of 21 <br /> <br /> <br />
