Voting No: None. <br /> <br />b) Lea~ueOf Minnesota Cities' Memo Dated October 31, 1983 Regarding Minnesota <br /> <br />Tax Commission - <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner referred to Radium Street in the vicinity of Bob's <br />Super Valu, and stated that it turns into 168th, which is not marked, and it <br />is causing confusion. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle replied that the Public Works Department will be directed to <br />install a sign designating 168th Lane. <br /> <br />Council noted a memo dated November 15, 1983 from City Engineer Raatikka to <br />Ramsey City Council and City Administrator regarding status of Magnesium Street. <br /> <br />Council consensus is that Magnesium Street will remain as private property <br />until all of the homeowners can reach an agreement amongst themselves. <br />Further, that the City Attorney should refer calls regarding this issue to <br />Ramsey City Council and the City Attorney should not be approached again <br />until all parties involved are in agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec mentioned that the Ramsey Hot Shot Seniors are having a Christmas <br />Party on December 7, 1983. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />authorize City Staff to provide some sort of confection for the Ramsey Hot <br />Shot Seniors Christmas Party. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adjourn this special meeting of the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
